Getting your products to you as quickly as possible is important to us. Here are our policies on lead time and product fulfillment:
- Most products require 3 business days for production unless otherwise specified
- Any services including mortising, notching, finishing, splitting, cutting, hardware/attachment installation and the like, add up to 3 business days
- Table Bases: 6 business days if unfinished—9 business days if finished
- Table Tops: 10 business days if unfinished—15 business days if finished
- Complete Tables: 10 business days if unfinished—15 business days if finished
- Any machinery maintenance/material shortage could affect order fulfillment
- We offer an expedited production/shipping option: +20% to total order (excludes table tops)
- Large quantity orders (30 or more) may have a longer lead time - shipping may be quoted separately

U.S. Shipping & Handling Fee
We ship via FedEx and UPS. Shipping charge is based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered for ground service within the continental U.S. except for Alaska and Hawaii. All products generally take 2-5 business days to arrive on your doorstep, after they leave our warehouse.
Canadian Shipping & Handling Fee
